1. Identification

IAcademy is a product of IAcademy (in formation), domiciled in Spain. Contact: info@iacedemy.com

2. Purpose

These terms govern the access and use of the IAcademy online course, including modules, downloadable resources, evaluations, videos and mentorship sessions.

3. Registration and access

• Free access (modules 01-03) requires email registration.
• Paid access requires purchasing the corresponding level through Stripe.
• Access is personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing, redistributing or reselling course content is not permitted.

4. Pricing and payments

• Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is a one-time charge (not a subscription).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Access is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund, without justification. To exercise this right, send an email to info@iacedemy.com. We will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.

6. Intellectual property

• All IAcademy content (text, videos, PDFs, code, designs) is the property of IAcademy
• By purchasing, you acquire a personal use license, not ownership of the content.
• You may use what you've learned in your professional projects without restriction.
• You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the course content for commercial purposes.

7. Mentorship

• Mentorship sessions are scheduled based on availability (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00 CET).
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
• The session includes recording, summary and 7-day email follow-up.

8. Updates

The course is updated periodically. Updates are included in the price for purchasers of the corresponding pack.

9. Limitation of liability

IAcademy is an educational resource. Results depend on individual application. We do not guarantee specific productivity, income or professional performance results.

10. Dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts of the data controller's domicile.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated by email to registered users and will take effect 30 days after notification.
