The capstone project

This module is different. There is no new theory. Everything you need you have learned in modules MV01 to MV09. Here you apply it. You will plan, create, execute and measure a complete marketing campaign using AI at every step.

The goal is not to create a perfect campaign on paper. It is to create a real campaign that you publish, distribute and measure. The only way to learn marketing is by doing marketing. AI accelerates every phase, but the real execution is yours.

The campaign can be for your company, your personal project, a client or a fictional case (though results will be more valuable if it is real). The format is flexible, but the structure is mandatory: all 4 phases must be present.

Phase 1: Strategy and planning

Before creating content, you need a strategic brief. Without a brief, any content is a shot in the dark. With a brief, every piece has a measurable purpose.

Campaign brief

Your brief must answer these questions:

Creating the brief with AI

"I want to launch a marketing campaign for [product/service] targeting [ICP]. Objective: [number + metric]. Budget: [EUR]. Duration: 4 weeks. Generate a complete campaign brief that includes: SMART objective, audience profile, value proposition (differentiator vs competition), recommended channels with justification, success KPIs, potential risks and mitigation plan."

Keyword research and pillars

With the brief defined, do keyword research (MV02) focused on your campaign. Identify:

These keywords will guide all campaign content.

One objective, not five

A campaign with 5 objectives has none. Choose 1 primary objective (leads, demos, registrations) and 1-2 secondary metrics. All content, every CTA and every campaign piece should point to that single objective.

Phase 2: Content creation

With the brief and keywords, you create the campaign content. Content is organized in 3 levels:

Level 1: Anchor piece (content hero)

The main piece of the campaign. It can be:

The anchor piece is the main destination. Everything else points to it.

Level 2: Distribution content

Pieces derived from the anchor piece, adapted to each channel (MV01, atomization):

Level 3: Support content

Producing everything with AI

For each piece, use the prompts and techniques from previous modules:

  1. Anchor piece: generate with the SEO content prompt from MV02. Include schema markup.
  2. Social posts: atomize the anchor piece with the MV01 prompt. Adapt to each platform with MV04 formats.
  3. Emails: use the sequence prompts from MV03. Personalize by segment.
  4. Images: generate with the MV05 prompts. Use your Brand Kit for consistency.
  5. Video: generate script with AI, produce with MV05 tools.
  6. Landing page: text generated with AI, designed in Canva or your landing page builder.

All content must have consistent tone (MV01 tone document) and every piece must include a clear CTA pointing to the campaign objective.

Phase 3: Distribution and execution

Content without distribution does not exist. Distribution is where the campaign comes to life.

Execution calendar

Organize distribution in a weekly calendar:

Active prospecting

In addition to content distribution, execute direct prospecting (MV06):

Pipeline management

Leads generated by the campaign enter your CRM (MV07):

Phase 4: Analytics and optimization

The campaign does not end when you publish the last post. It ends when you analyze the results and extract learnings for the next one.

Metrics to measure

Post-mortem with AI

At the end of the campaign, do a complete post-mortem with AI:

"Here are the results of my 4-week campaign [paste all data: traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, email metrics, social metrics, ad metrics]. The objective was [X]. Analyze: 1) Was the objective met? 2) What worked best (channel, format, message)? 3) What worked worst? 4) What would I change if I started over? 5) 5 concrete learnings for the next campaign. 6) Projection: if I repeat this campaign with the suggested adjustments, what results can I expect?"

Iterative optimization

The first campaign is the baseline. The following ones improve iteratively:

The perfect campaign does not exist

The first campaign will never be perfect. And it does not have to be. What matters is executing, measuring and learning. The second campaign will be better. The fifth will be much better. AI accelerates execution and analysis, but continuous improvement comes from disciplined repetition.

Full example: B2B launch campaign

To show how everything integrates, here is an example of a real campaign:

Brief

Content produced with AI

Execution (4 weeks)

Results (hypothetical but realistic)

Timeline and deliverables

Preparation week (before the campaign)

Weeks 1-4 (execution)

Follow the distribution calendar. Monitor metrics daily. Adjust in real time if something is not working (a post with no engagement gets replaced, an email with low open rate gets retested).

Week 5 (analysis)

Final campaign checklist

Strategy

Content

Distribution

Analytics

Evaluation criteria

The evaluation is not based on whether the campaign generated millions of leads. It is based on the quality of the process:

  1. Strategy (20%): the brief is clear, the ICP is defined with data, the objective is SMART, the channels are justified.
  2. AI usage (20%): AI was used intelligently at every phase (not just to generate text, but to analyze, plan, optimize).
  3. Content quality (20%): the pieces are professional, the tone is consistent, the content adds real value and is not AI filler.
  4. Execution (20%): the campaign was actually executed (not just a plan). There is evidence of publication, distribution and follow-up.
  5. Analysis (20%): data is collected, the post-mortem is honest (acknowledges what worked and what did not), learnings are actionable.

The project

Project MV10: Your end-to-end campaign with AI
  1. Brief (day 1): create the campaign brief using AI. Define objective, ICP, channels, budget, timeline and KPIs.
  2. Keyword research (day 2): generate and validate keywords with AI + SEO tools.
  3. Anchor piece (days 3-4): write and publish the anchor piece with SEO + GEO + schema.
  4. Derived content (days 5-7): atomize into social posts, emails, images and video. Schedule everything.
  5. Cold outreach (day 7): identify 10-20 prospects, enrich and generate personalized emails.
  6. Execution (weeks 1-4): execute the calendar. Monitor metrics. Adjust in real time.
  7. Post-mortem (week 5): analyze results with AI. Generate executive report. Document learnings.

Final deliverable: a document (or presentation) of 5-10 pages that includes: brief, content produced (links or screenshots), result metrics, AI post-mortem analysis and improvement plan for the next campaign.

You have completed Marketing and Sales

In 10 modules you have covered the complete marketing and sales cycle powered by AI:

  1. Strategy: content pillars, editorial calendar, tone of voice (MV01).
  2. Visibility: SEO, GEO, schema markup (MV02).
  3. Email: segmentation, personalization, automated sequences (MV03).
  4. Social media: content per platform, scheduling, listening (MV04).
  5. Visual: design, images, video with AI (MV05).
  6. Prospecting: ICP, enrichment, cold email, multichannel outreach (MV06).
  7. CRM: predictive lead scoring, pipeline, data hygiene (MV07).
  8. Conversations: transcription, coaching, objections, competitive intel (MV08).
  9. Analytics: dashboards, cohorts, attribution, forecasting, reporting (MV09).
  10. Integration: complete end-to-end campaign with AI at every step (MV10).

AI does not replace the marketer or the seller. It makes them faster, better informed and more effective. The competitive difference in 2026 is not using AI (everyone uses it). It is using it with strategy, with your own data and with the expertise that only an industry professional can bring.

Now you have the tools, the prompts and the frameworks. What is missing is practice. Execute campaigns. Measure. Learn. Repeat. Each iteration brings you closer to the point where AI is a natural extension of your work, not a tool you consult occasionally.

What comes next

Marketing and Sales is one specialization of IAcademy. If you manage teams or want to implement AI at the organizational level, the Enterprise specialization takes you to the next level: business transformation, process automation, change management and AI ROI at the corporate level.
